PH10M-iQ PLUS

The range of PH10 PLUS motorised probe heads increases throughput by giving automated CMMs the added capability of program controlled probe re-orientation. This enables the inspection of features at different angles without the need for frequent, time consuming stylus cluster changes.

RTP20 offers low-cost 'motorised' head functionality with integral TP20 touch-trigger probe, providing improved productivity, increased reach and flexibility.

MH20i Manual indexable probe head that combines the TP20 kinematic stylus module mount with two axis indexing, enabling flexible stylus changing and repeatable probe re-orientation.

The A-axis rotates through ±180° in the X-Y plane. The B-axis rotates through 90° in the Z plane.

MH20 is a manually adjustable probe head with an integral TP20 kinematic stylus module mount.

The A-axis rotates through ±93° in the X-Y plane. The B-axis rotates through ±300° in the Z plane. A thumbwheel locks the swivel in any position within the movement envelope of the head.

The MH8 is a manual indexing probe head with an M8 thread probe connection designed for use on small manual CMMs.

The MH8 can carry any of Renishaw's M8 probes and the reach can be extended by fitting a 50 mm probe extension bar.

The MIH features an autojoint probe mount for fast, repeatable probe changing. This ensures compatiblity with most Renishaw probes except multiwire (e.g. TP7M).

An integral LCD enables easy programming with the facility to memorise up to 20 probe positions.

PH1 is a small shank mounted manual probe head with movement in the A and B axes, with limited overtravel protection.

The PH1 is a general purpose, swivel-type probe head. Its compact design makes it ideally suited to a CMM where manual orientation of a Renishaw M8 touch-trigger probe is required.

The PH6 is a fixed head with a mount for M8 thread probes.

The PH6 is a small diameter, vertical probe head with one M8 thread probe mount for a single probe, with an integral cable.

PH20 incorporates the industry standard TP20 touch-trigger probe, affording immediate access to a range of proven probe modules and a wide selection of trigger forces, directional sensing options and extensions to meet application requirements. The detachable modules provide crash protection and can be automatically changed using the MCR20 change rack.

At only 25 mm in diameter, and with a range of scanning and touch-trigger modules, the SP25M is the world's most compact and versatile scanning probe system.

The SP25M comprises two sensors in a single housing.

The TP7M probe is an electronic probe using strain gauge technology, which gives higher accuracy, eliminates lobing and reseat errors and offers a much longer life than kinematic touch-trigger probes.

The TP6 and TP6A probes have different probe mount options (M8 thread and autojoint respectively). Both probes are kinematic touch-trigger probes and have manually adjustable trigger force for optimum probe performance with different stylus configurations.
