PI 200-3

A dedicated interface unit which powers and services the TP200 probe, standard touch-trigger probes and up to two SCR200 stylus changing racks.

The PI 200-3 interface is a dual purpose interface designed to process signals from the TP200 strain gauge probe and the TP20 / TP2 / TP6 touch-trigger probes.

PI 7-3

The PI 7-3 interface is a dual purpose interface designed to process signals from the TP7M strain gauge probe and standard touch-trigger probes.

Special auto-selecting electronics within the interface allow exchange of these probes without any changes to the interface.

It supports TP7M and TP2, TP6, TP6A and TP20 probes.

IS1-2

The IS1-2 interface selector is a fully automatic system for use on CMM installations requiring multiple sensor types.

MCR20 and MCR20-R

Module change racks enabling automated changing of TP20 stylus modules.

The MCR20 module changing racks are passive and can store up to six TP20 probe modules for automatic changing under measurement program control.

TCR20 and TCR20-R

Module racks for use with PH20 providing quick and repeatable tool changing and tip correction.

The TCR20 racks securely store modules for rapid automatic changing, protecting mating surfaces from any airborne contaminants within the working envelope of the machine.

SCR200 and SCR200-R

Change racks for TP200 stylus modules.

The SCR200 racks provide automatic, high speed changing between up to six TP200 stylus modules and are powered by the separate probe interface PI 200-3, providing features to facilitate safe stylus changing.

SCR600

Change rack for SP600 stylus modules.

The SCR600 is a passive stylus change rack and so it requires no electrical connections. It is protected from overtravel (in the probe entry direction) by a mechanism in the base which can be manually reset.

FCR25

Flexible change racks for automated changing of SP25M scanning and touch-trigger modules.

A range of module changing systems, each of which allows any of the SP25M system elements to be stored in each port.

ACR1

An eight port, fully integrated CMM probe or extension bar exchange system.

Mounted within the CMMs working envelope, the ACR1 autochanger enables fast, automatic probe exchange without the need for requalification. The probe head docks one probe and picks up another using the highly repeatable autojoint.

ACR3

The ACR3 provides a passive means to automatically exchange probes without the need for requalification.

ACR3 uses Renishaw's unique autojoint connector to attach probes and extensions to the PH10M PLUS and PH10MQ PLUS motorised indexing heads. It can support a range of sensors from Renishaw and other metrology suppliers.

MRS modular rack system

MRS2 modular rack system

The MRS2 modular rack system is a versatile probe and stylus changing solution for Renishaw sensors.

MRS2 is available in a variety of leg and rail lengths to allow it to be configured to various applications.

MCU W-2

The wireless manual control unit (MCU W-2) is a comprehensive joystick designed for use with Renishaw's range of UCC controllers.

Based on the MCU5-2 joystick design, the MCU W-2 uses modern battery technology and Bluetooth® radio modules to provide an effective wireless joystick with a maximum of 25 m range and over eight hours between battery changes.

MCU5-2

The MCU5-2 is a development of the MCU5 joystick, with new buttons and new functionality.

The manual control unit is a comprehensive CMM joystick controller designed for use with Renishaw's range of UCC controllers

It includes the functionality of both the Renishaw standard UCC joystick interface and Renishaw PHC10 hand control unit (HCU1).

SPA2-2

The SPA2 is a 4-channel digital servo power amplifier with an integral power supply.

SPA2-2 has been optimised to work with the UCC range CMM controller and MCU5-2 joystick, together forming an ideal retrofit package.

The SPA3-2 is a 3-axis dc servo power amplifier with enhanced machine I/O, support for absolute BiSS readheads and category 2 E-STOP.
